Owner, General Manager
Randall earned a degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Gulf Coast State College (GCSC) where he was presented with the “Student of the Year” award for his program. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, as well as an IT Professional, Technology Specialist, Systems Administrator, and Desktop Support Technician. Randall is also a certified expert in computer security by the international Computing Technology Industry Association. This certification is approved by the U.S. Department of Defense.
Owner, Computer Engineer
Tim Meredith is the founder of Holston IT and the lead computer engineer of Holston & Garner IT. He has both Network+ and A+ Certifications from CompTIA, and he is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. His two decades of experience includes working at Razorfish, where he managed the Windows deployments for 18 offices worldwide.
Owner, Marketing Director
Alison Meredith is our Marketing Director. She enjoys translating the technical jargon of all these geeks into language that the rest of us can understand.
Jeff has been professionally involved in IT since 2002. He has extensive experience as an IT consultant, network and systems engineer and systems security specialist. Throughout his career, he has gained a great deal of knowledge related to information technology. Jeff holds the following certifications: MCP, MCDST, MCITP, MCTS, MCSE, and MCSA.
Director of Client Communication
While TJ is a man of many talents, his main role on our team is to work with our clients 1 on 1 to find Information Technology solutions that leverage their businesses’ unique goals. TJ has been working in Information Technology since 2005.
Logan Perry has been diagnosing and fixing people’s technology problems for 2 decades. His expertise includes working with both Mac and Windows-based systems. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Certified Help Desk Support Agent, and an A+ CompTIA Certified Technician.
Andy Mitchell has a high level of specialist areas, focusing on building and repairing computers, troubleshooting network problems, and finding affordable solutions. He has 17 years of experience supporting information technology.
AJ has been working on computers for over a decade. He takes care of remote support for our clients, manages our in-shop work, and directs the team of students on our team
Randy Serena is a Microsoft Technology Associate with A+ Certification and over 16 years of experience. He provides senior level technical support to our amazing clients.
Timothy has been working in IT since 2010. He graduated with an AAS in Electronics Engineering and an AS in Computer Integrated Manufacturing. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.
When he’s not providing senior-level technical support to our incredible clients, Timothy enjoys playing sports with his 2 boys, hunting, and four-wheeling.
Shaun has been working in information technology for over 2 decades. He has extensive IT experience, including working for 3 different healthcare organizations and working in technology for local government.
When Shaun is not saving the day for our clients, he enjoys playing with his kids, watching sports, and killing it on the Xbox.
Christy Correll has a wealth of experience working in small businesses over the past two decades. She holds a BS in Mathematics from Furman and has many skills in management, HIPAA compliance, and accounting. Christy helps with client communications and keeping us all organized.

Lori previously managed client accounts at Hobart Sales & Service. We are delighted to have her experience and insight as she serves our wonderful clients.
Josh serves our clients both onsite and remotely. He has nearly a decade of experience and holds an AAS from Northeast State in Computer Information Systems, Networking.
Paul graduate of Gulf Coast State College with his A.S. in Cybersecurity and the recipient of the Computer Science Student of the Year award. We’re delighted to have him start his career with us!
Peter has been helping his dad fix computers since he was old enough to hold a screwdriver. We’re happy to have him officially on the Holston IT team.
Timothy “Dave” Lester
Client Service Coordinator
As client service coordinator, Dave might be the first person you talk to when you call the Holston & Garner IT office. Dave got his Bachelor’s from East Tennessee State University. Additionally, Dave has extensive experience in customer service.
When he’s not at the office, you might find Dave spending time with his fiancé, playing digital games, or performing with his band.
Abbie giot her A.S. from Virginia Highlands. Abbie works with Alison on coming up with new ideas for improving our public presence.
We are delighted to welcome Alex as the newest member of the Holston & Garner IT Team! Alex began working in Information Technology nearly a decade ago and has been interested in solving technology problems since he was a child.
When Alex is not fixing computers and solving IT issues, he enjoys playing tabletop games, PC Gaming, and attending concerts and live shows.
